Michael E. Selzer, M.D., Ph.D.
Michael E. Selzer, M.D., Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Neurology and director of the
Center for Experimental Neurorehabilitation Training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, as well as director of Rehabilitation Research and Development in the Department of Veterans Affairs. His research focuses on spinal cord regeneration and translating basic mechanisms of plasticity into rehabilitative therapies for central nervous system injuries.
